DESCRIPTION:Let's see summer off in Riverway fashion! Please join us for a fun paddle event down the Great Miami River, Friday, September 20 in Dayton, Ohio.
\nYou are invited to our Summer's End Riverway Paddle 2024 - a celebration of the Great Miami Riverway and the changing of the season. Join us for a five-mile paddle on the Great Miami River in Montgomery County. We will highlight Miami Conservancy District's flood protection infrastructure along with recreation assets along these sections of river corridors. 
\nRegistration is required, but FREE! Bring your own boat, or we do have a limited number of single kayaks available to reserve. Please indicate at registration if you plan to bring your own boat or you will be reserving one.
\nPaddlers will park at Sunwatch and carpool or ride a shuttle to downtown Dayton across from the Dayton Art Institute (100 Riverside Dr, Dayton, OH 45405), where we will paddle the Great Miami River, and take out on Miami Conservancy District land near Sunwatch.
